The company was founded immediately after the war by Enrico Pianca in Gaiarine, in the province of Treviso, right in the heart of what would become the Furniture District.

Progressively, from the '50s to the' 70s, Enrico Pianca transforms his business from artisanal to industrial: from the production of bedroom only he comes to the production of complete systems of home furnishings in day and night solutions. Therefore the company, which in 1965 already has 160 employees, from the territorial interest reaches a development of international scope.

Since the end of the eighties, his son Aldo Pianca accelerates the industrialization process, introducing a model of flexible production and personalized service. To this end, it gathers a staff of managers and professionals capable of enhancing the company's strengths. A consolidated relationship of trust with a team of internationally renowned architects and collaboration with schools and young designers allow the company Pianca to constantly experiment with shapes, materials and finishes, supported by continuous innovation in technology.
