We consider wood not as a raw material but as a material to express a lifestyle in harmony with the environment in which we live. In fact, since 1879, Emmemobili has produced specimens that are unique; in the continuous evolutionary research it has come to perfect different processes, particularly that of curved plywood.

Always creating furniture of refined quality, both for the constructive tradition and for the actuality of design, is surely an ambitious goal but it is our daily commitment and objective: objects that improve the life of those who buy them, giving character and harmony to the environments and pleasure to who lives there.

Precious woods, multilayer panels in large part and MDF or internal elements in particulate wood formaldehyde-free fiber where you need them. The materials we use come mainly from areas of programmed reforestation or are used in limited quantities. Our production philosophy has made us adopt a modern process for the reduction and reuse of waste, which returns to the production cycle in the form of thermal energy or recycling for the production of other third-party materials. The glues used are free from formaldehyde, a substance that is slowly released into the environment, and free from other toxic solvents. We use strictly certified paints in Italian and Austrian laboratories that guarantee high chemical, mechanical and physical resistance. For the protection of the environment we have chosen resins and varnishes that are not dispersed in a traditional solvent but in water. These are products with a high technological content that combine the aesthetic and protective need with the need to respect the environment and the health of those who build them and who will have them at home.

Therefore, the work processes and the selection of the materials used, allow us to declare that Emmemobili's production pursues the concept of "eco-sustainable development".
